3. Competing estimate with another contractor (email details and we will provide general idea of cost, if acceptable will provide site visit)

Hourly Landscape Consultation includes:

1. New landscape ideas and concepts
2. Examining or troubleshooting broken irrigation of problem areas on site
3. Provide Detailed Descriptions of work to be performed or plant material
4. Providing sketches or ideas and specific information
5. Cad, virtual or drafting design

Installation includes:

1. Work to be performed on site
2. Materials, unless you provide
3. Referrals to subcontractors for installation not covered by C-27 license
4. Complete landscape package including all of the above, if desired
5. All of the insurances including Workman’s Compensation as required by State Law to protect you and your property
